Using Sundae
Provide accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and use Sundae only for lawful personal or authorised business travel purposes. Do not interfere with the service or use the VPN to break laws or third-party rights.
Travel information
Country guidance, entry checks, weather, rates and emergency information can change without notice. Sundae helps you prepare but does not replace an embassy, border authority, airline, medical professional or emergency service.
VPN service
The VPN encrypts traffic between your device and the chosen VPN endpoint. It cannot make every website, device or action safe. Availability and speed depend on your network, destination and infrastructure operated for Sundae by PureWL.
Other providers
Timatic, SafetyWing, Wise, Stripe and official government sources may have their own terms. Where Sundae links to or embeds another provider, that provider is responsible for the service it supplies.
