Contact Sundae
Email hello@creativedigital.group. Include your Sundae account email, phone model and a short description. Never send passwords, payment card details, VPN credentials or a full passport image.
VPN help
Include the connection country, whether you were using Wi-Fi or mobile data, and the exact message shown in the app.
Entry guidance help
Include the destination and passport country. Official authorities make the final entry decision, so urgent travel decisions should also be checked with the relevant embassy or carrier.
Account security
If your account or device may be compromised, secure your email account, sign out of Sundae and contact us immediately.
